Return & Refund Policy

If you think, you have received the package in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at or email us mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the package for any damage, once goods have been signed and accepted, we cannot accept any liability for damage.

For warranty claims with that to companies please refer to Warranty T/c on the website. Please note companies offer only a service warranty and no replacement warranty is ever entertained.

Follow the steps below for product defect issues-

  2. Click a picture or shoot a video of the faulty part.
  3. Our Customer Care assesses the problem.
  4. Collect your repaired product.
